Yearbook Scrawlings Part 3: No Longer With Us


Both of the messages above are from my 7th grade year.  From my high school class I am aware of 4 individuals who are no longer alive. Two of them penned these inscriptions (which are filled with inside jokes I won’t take the time to unpack). One died as a teenager the other as an adult. Death of someone you went to school with is often hard to come to terms with because it’s  a reminder that one day, any day, we too will die.
